  2. My first concert:

Have you heard about "Madonna"? Have you ever listened to "La Isla bonita", "Like a virgin" or "Crazy for you"? these are just some of her best hits.
Madonna ,or Louise Ciccone, which is her real name, is an international famous singer, dancer and writer. She was born in 1958 in Bay city, Michigan. She sings since the age of 10 and when she was 15 years old she gave her first concert.
What an incredible artist . As her show started you could see that the stage was terrific. Until the time she appeared, everybody was shouting her name. Later, she emerged from the floor dressed with a really elegant costume singing one of her mentioned songs. It was absolutely amazing.
I must admit that the only thing I wasn't really happy about was that the show started 2 hours late!. Anyway, It didn't matter for the fans.
You really should try and catch one of her shows. It will be delightful. I can assure you that you'll love it.

  3. Paul McCartney in Argentina!

As you should know, Sir James Paul McCartney or just “Paul” is an English musician, singer-songwriter and composer. McCartney gained worldwide fame as a member of The Beatles, alongside John Lennon, George Harrison, and Ringo Starr. However, after the breakup of The Beatles, McCartney continued his musical career, in solo work as well as in collaborations with other musicians.
So, when he announced that his new objective was coming to Argentina with “Up and Coming tour”, I was desperate to get the tickets. Finally I won the tickets from a radio contest and I went to River Plate’s stadium to see his show.
What an incredible performance! As the show started you could notice that his band knows exactly what they were doing. The starting song, “she was standing there” was dedicated to his beloved wife. He rock all night long and played about 21 of Beatles greatest songs.
The only thing I´m not really happy about was that there were some people trying to touch Paul while he was playing! Luckily, Paul’s security could stop them before they ruin the show.
In conclusion, you can´t miss the up and coming tour! Even if you don´t like his music, the scenario and the musicians are absolutely amazing.

  5. The best concert I’ve ever attended

Have you ever heard about a band called ‘Blondie’? I luckily had the opportunity to attend one of their concerts and it was incredibly perfect!
‘Blondie’ is a pioneer band in the American new wave music. It’s composed by its singer: Debby Harris, Chris Stein who plays the guitar, Clem Burke (the drummer), Leigh Foxx, Matt Katz-Bohen and Tommy Kessler.
When the show started the band played one of their hits: ‘Maria’ and the stadium exploded. The light effects were amazing and Debby’s voice was flawless all night long. The concert tickets were sold out and the show was just like I had expected. Blondie performed all the old favorites and a couple songs of their new album.
I must admit that the worst part of it was the lack of security because two women tried to go up the stage and lots of crazy fans threw stuff to the members of the band.
If you had never listened to Blondie you should do it, especially if you love new wave music. I also recommend you to catch almost one of their shows if possible because it would be a unique opportunity.

  6. My favourite band.

What a performer! I’ve been to a lot of music concerts but they’ve made one of the best I’ve ever seen.
They are TeenAngels, a group formed by three boys and two girls, which came up from a TV programme called Casi Angeles. The serie last four years, and had an impact round the world, so that they have to travel and give concerts for their abroad fans, many of them learn some Spanish just listening their idols on the TV or in any of their seven cds.
What I like most is that as the show started, people in the theatre begin to shout their names and when a song start, we sing all togehter, which is very special because it seems that we all have the same thought about looking after the planet and that love is the only answer.
The only thing I wasn’t really happy about was when they replaced a former member of the group to an actress from the serie, but then I realized that the new singer has a more beautiful voice and since she arrived, the sound of the band became very much different.
So, if you like listening a song that then you can’t stop singing and dancing it, you really should buy some tickets and catch one of their incredible shows.. You’ll not regret, I promise.

    Onda vaga.
Have you ever gone to an Onda vagas concert??I recently went to one and was one of the best I have gone.
Onda vaga is an Argentinean band which was born in Uruguay on 2007.The band is composed by five men who play many different instrument like the Creole guitar, the trumpet and other percussion instruments .The music they play is very relaxed and it is a kind of mixture of rumba, reggae, folk and tango alegre and is called indie rock.
As their show started in order to keep the audience entertained, you can listen to other bands or unpopular musicians until they start.
One of the things I like most of Onda Vaga is the way they play their songs, they transmitted on it positive energy that makes the audience dance and sing with them. The only thing I’m not really happy about is the small space where their concert usually takes place, the people get heaped and everybody push to another when they dance or jump.
However, I‘ll never stopped to go to an Onda Vaga’s concert ,their music relax me and makes me feel pleased .When I went for first time I wasn’t sure about going but then I loved it. So if you like live concerts of this kind you must try to see one of their shows.

  8. Michael's Buble Crazy Love Tour

Have you ever heard about Michael Buble? For those who don't know him, he has started his career when he was very young. With the encouragement of his grandfather, Buble started to sing classic jazz and soul music; people often compare him with Frank Sinatra. He is such a funny man, he likes being silly and entertaining the audience.
I had the opportunity to go to a concert recently. The show was amazing from beginning to end. It started with his best song called 'Cry me a river', Michael sang from the heart with spirit and pasion.
It's not only the music part that made the concert unforgettable but also Michael's performance and the great band that backs him up. My favourites parts were when he interacted with the crowd.
I must admit that there wasn't a single thing that i didn't like about the show.
I definitely recommend seeing Michael Buble in concert, if you think that he is just good you really should see him on stage, you will change your mind.

Last week concert was by far the best. What an incredible performance! The show started punctually at eleven o clock,
as everybody was screaming, the lights went off, the opening music started to sound and he suddenly appeard.
Everything was just amazing, I actually can´t describe how good it was, the atmosphere was fantastic,he has an amazing way of getting the crowd to join. I throughly enjoyed it.
The only thing that slightly bother me was that we weren't allowed

I have it all kept in my mind.

  10. Versailles ~Philharmonic quintet~

I have to tell you about my favourite band. It's called Verailles ~Philharmonic quintet~, although the name is obviously French, they are all from Japan. Lucky me, last november I got the chance to see them on stage.
They sound amazing just like in the CD!. The band consist of five members: KAMIJO on vocals, HIZAKI on guitar, Teru rhythm guitar, masashi bass, Yuki on drums, also there is a sixth member, Jasmine You who passed away a few years ago. He used to play the bass and now he is called as the "eternal member".
As the show started you could hear some classical music on the background, but suddenly both Teru and HIZAKI'S guitar explode with a head smashing solo! You can really feel how this band bonds both metal and classical music, It's just marvellous.
The only thing I wasn't happy about has nothing to do with the band per se. The queue was so messy! no one from the staff organized or even care about the lines and some people slipped into the row, in spite all that I was in front row and in the middle of the show I caught a bottle from the bass player, masashi.
If you like Japanese music or you want to try it out, you'll love Versailles!.

    THE END, Melisa.

I have to tell you about my favourite singer called Axel and his new "Un nuevo sol" tour.
The lights go off and people's shouts begin to appear. Suddenly a video starts and then Axel appears from a cloud of smoke. You can feel the energy when he starts singing "Un Nuevo sol", his first track of the disc which is amazing. Then everybody stand up and dance with "Todo vuelve".
During the performance you can notice the mix of different types of music, going from pop to melodic. And i must tell you that his band is awesome !! I can't say that i don't like something of the show because i love it ! I have already seen the show eight times !

  12. Rosana Arbelo "Buenos Días Mundo" Tour

Have you ever heard about Rosana Arbelo? Because if you haven´t, I'm sure that after reading this article, you will be web-searching a song of her to listen to.
Rosana is a Spanish female singer. Her songs are full of naturalness and emotion, all of them composed by herself.
Last month she came to Argentina because of her last cd’s tour, and for my surprise she was going to give a show here in Zárate. By the time I was finding out about it, my mother had already bought the tickets, isn´t she great?
I must admit, at first I thought it would be an ordinary show, I even believed she could do playback. All my crazy predictions were absolutely wrong, the spectacle was terrific! Apart from singing, Rosana made jokes with the audience and talked about her currently life, it was really funny and enjoyable. She also sang a capella, her voice is just beautiful.
It’s amazing the ability of some artists to give such a spontaneous and beautiful concert, buying those tickets was completely worthy.
Hope you have the opportunity of going to a Rosana´s show somehow in the future. Bet you will not regret it.
My best wishes for you all.

  13. Last summer, I went to the "P fest" which Personal supported. I could make it because I was on holiday in Mar del Plata and I went.

Bruno Mars and Babasonicos performed there and it was amazing. I really liked that it was held on the beach and behind the stage you could see the sea.
The concert started with Babasonicos and then, came Bruno Mars. A lot of people had already left when he started singing in English because they didn`t understand anything. I went with my cousins and we left a little before the end because it started raining and we didn`t want to get wet. However,m we saw the end of the concert on TV.

In my opinion, that concert was a great idea because it was free and it let people that can`t afford a ticket enjoy such a fantastic show.

Next summer another "P fest" will take place with different bands and I am definitely going.

  14. Have you ever gone to Hullabalooza festival?. I did so last august. I really had luck of being invited to the event by a friend, John, who had already bought the tickets and invited four cousins. I was quite surprised about that ´cause he was also suposed to take his little brother, Robbie, there. However, the boy got ill, i took his place and could experience the sensation of assisting to a week long festival.
John borrowed a trailer from his uncle and was allowed to drive us to the place. We arrived on Monday afternoon but incredibly all the merchandasing of the most popular bands belonging to the festival had been sold. In the evening, a not-very known ensemble played a not-so good music but it was followed by a great fireworks show.
Tuesday was the best day of the week. First, a freak show took place. I´ve seen a woman with a long beard which reached her knees, a man with a nail on the head and a fat guy stopping cannon balls with his stomach. Later that night, i assisted to the Smashin Pumpkins concert.
On Wednesday, I had a headache from the hangover and slept all day in the trailer.
Thursday was the last whole day in the festival. Crypes Hill and Sonic Youht played, of couse I didn´t drank as much as before.
On Friday moorning, we bought a cheap souvenir to Robbie and lot of expensive clothing for us. That afternoon we started the way back home.
Well, if you want to spend a full week with your friends and be near to your favourites musicians, you should go to a festival like this.

  15. Have you ever heard about Creamfield Festival? I went last summer, in january, with some friends. It's an electro festival, where somes famous DJ plays his songs to the public, with intros, special effects, and more. One of my friend buys the tickets for everyone, so we went there in a small group because there were lot of people. It took place in Buenos Aires, Autodromo.

The festival started at 9pm, and continue during the midnight. When i realized that it was finishing, it was 6am. Lot of people stay there, to take photos and wait for the dj show out, but my group were exhausted, so we went home. The weather was great that day, really nice day, and everything was so good that you think that it was a dream.

To sum a little, i would recommend this festival to anyone that likes this kind of music because, in my opinion it was amazing and i enjoy the time during there. I think you will not regret of this festival.

  16. My first concert:
WDK or “word dk” is a band which was founded fourteen years agi in Zárate. It's composed of 8 or 6 musicians, and their songs are about a lot of things, for example : they go from love to the death. Despite of the topics of the songd, they always are played with a lively and funny melody. They played a mix of ska, reggaer and punk rpck.
I went to see them por first time last year and I've to confess that it was incredibly amazing.
I remember i was wondering with my friends why the band hadn't appeared yet when, suddenly, everything went black. You could only heard the a guitar playing, then two guitars, then the drummers and finally the singer with the others instrumens and a light coming behind them so the only thing you could see was their shadows. They started playing one of their best hits “Voy colgado”, and that was the moment when the madness began: the members of the band started to jump like inviting to the public doing the same, so everybody were jumping. The worst part was when someone jumped over my feet with such strenght that then I couldn't walk for a week.
To conclude, if you had a the chance to see them, go! You shouldn't miss this concert, it could be a little bit dangeoruos, but at least it's ver funny and you would have a nice story to tell.

She is one of the best singers in the world so the concert was brilliant. There were guys on stage, too. One of them was playing the piano, another one was playing the guitar. They were like a band all together!
As the show started the lights went off. Everybody was excited because they wanted to see Shakira. Suddenly, the light went on and Shakira was on stage. She began to sing and the people couldn´t believe that: Shakira was in front of their eyes! It was incredible.
The only thing I wasn´t really happy about was the place. It was like a stadium, but smaller. There were no seats so the people had to sit on the floor and it was dirty. Someone were smoking and drinking beer, too. It was Shakira´s concert, not a rock concert!
But I must say if you like Shakira´s music and her voice you´ll love her concert. It is amazing!

  19. Have you ever heard of "Paramore"? I consider this is the best band ever! Don't miss the opportunity of listening to this great group. They carried out an amazing performance in the Luna Park last year and I'm so blessed I could attend it. So if you get the chance, don't let it go and you won't regret it.
The band is composed by Hayley Williams, the main singer, Jeremy Davis , who plays the bass and Taylor York, in charge of the rythmic guitar. There where several people who took part of it but they're no longer members. What makes them fantastic, is their style which is a mixture of pop punk and emo, besides their lyrics full of vitality and hope. On stage, they show so much liveliness and positivism that you enjoy more than ever.
What an incredible show! It started with some songs of their first album but the best part was when they played a couple of melodic tracks in which Hayley ask a few fans to go up the stage and sing them with her.
The only thing I must admit that didn't made me feel entirely happy was that they didn't stay for the time of autographs because they had another performance early in the next morning.
So, if you'd like to know an stunning band like this, I recommend that you should listen to them and I can guarantee you that you'll love them like I do.

He sings profesionally since 1990. Not only me but many people in the country love the way he sings, and his lyrics as well. He shows many feelings in there which I can easily get identified with. Last year, I went to one of his concerts. I really enjoyed it. What I liked the most was the atmosphere during the show. Both the audience and Andres, seemed to sing with their hearts. It was amazing.
The only thing I didn't like about the show was that at the end, there were some disturbs between some people that blocked the exit, but the police intervened immediately and the problem was solved quickly.
